Why cant you just remove the feature of red/green dot completely. just ban the person directly if he/she is misusing this forum..
See after ten twenty minutes I will have RED DOT.
here if you say anything which moderator does not want to hear, you will get red dot or may be just banned.
for example last week i just asked my question in Free Q/A , did not got answer but i had to say sorry to Pappu just to stay in this forum.

If I'm not mistaken, the 485 processing times for TSC are much shorter compared to NSC. My case is at the VSC which is still doing 06 applications. Is there a particular reason behind this or is it just the sheer number of applications that VSC receives?
I was just looking at your PD (Jan 08 - Eb2 - India) and was wondering how were you able to apply your I-485. Any political source? :D

I got the paperwork from my attorney for my wife's 485 as they want us to be ready so that if dates are current, we just mail the paperwork without having to start at that time.
However, my wife is pregnant and i am not sure if medical examinations are possible. What are my options ?

I just checked with my Lawyer. I am a July 2 receipt guy and my 180 days got over. Currently my wife moved from her H1B(not stamped yet, she moved from H4 to H1) to EAD and I am still on H1B.
My lawyer says if I am on H1B and she is on EAD it will create issues when our EAD goes for renewal. She claims I also should change my status now to EAD. I thought staying on H1B was safe and now I get this response. I told her so many people I know have done the same thing and she is asking if I will jump into the well like others:))).
Please advise

I think it has to be either you or your lawyer. No third party should get any communication from USCIS. So I guess you'll get it - if at all they send it back.

That's the point.
I was denied ever $1 stimulus payment for 1 joint filer (spouse) being ITIN holder and from the way things are going it would not happen by 2008 either. If not $1500 why they denied even $1500- $600(for the ITIN filer) = $900 ? Why shouldn't i get at least $900 ....??
I wrote to her around 9:30 EST - dont know if she is done by now. I have given my cell phone number as well in the email. I can write and talk as much as possible against this 'ridiculuous' and 'unfair' mandate/rule :mad:

She looks legit, but I need to be sure. I did the same with the San Jose reporter and he sent me his phone number. So that was fine.

Has anyone claimed unemployment benefits in EAD in TX state after being laid off? Can you please tell whats the procedure. I do not want to get into the debate of whether UB can be claimed while in AOS state? I just need to know the procedure. Thanks.

I went to stamping in Montreal on 10/10/06. No issues or problems. I also recommend to be prepared for a lot of questions, and take all the paperwork.
My visa was also expired in 2004. I got 3 years VISA stamp upon my 3 year extention approval.

Really makes me feel awful when I come across someone who is waiting since 2001 for labor.. This system is seriously broken.. I myself had to wait for over three years to get my labor, and I know how frustrating it is.. I have two friends with priority date older than mine, and they are still stuck in labor. Very depressing. I wish and hope the *&$%!*#@ at Philly and Dallas get their act together and there is a flurry of labor approvals in the next few weeks..
i doubt they would do that give that they are anticipating more appps now in july thru august...we cant win in everyhitng, can we? sad!! now next few months we will be desperately be wating for each bulleting every month...now hte the PD's rule!!!!!!!!

Did he say anything about Aug 28, 2007 falling out of Aug 17, 2007 limit date for filing AOS and can that cause any issues?
I am still waiting for an answer from my Attorney. Will post the details here as soon as I hear anything from them.

But why don't you still talk to your lawyer about the blank line 14? In my case my educational qualifications were listed and so on.

Brownback amendment be legislated into law, a large number of nurses/physical therapists will be taken out of the burden in the EB-3 visa numbers. In the BECs, there still remain a huge number of mostly EB-3 cases including unskilled workers which will take out the immigrant visa numbers in the future, probably before the summer of year 2008. Still, 60+ of the total "increased" employment-based immigrant visa numbers must add upto a large number. Contrary to this trend, a large number of cases are filed in the EB-2 category these days. Considering the fact that EB-2 numbers may be reduced or maintain at the current level at best, EB-2 visa numbers may increasingly face the pressure.
* We hope that the history will not repeat itself. In the 1990s, there was a time when the EB-2 numbers were more oversubscribed than EB-3 for China. One may wonder whether it is time for the EB immigrants who attain the EB-2 labor certification to consider filing of EB-2 and EB-3 I-140 petitions concurrently or sequentially against the situation which reveal worse oversubscription of EB-2 over EB-3, particularly P.R. all i am saying is whether u r in eb1 or 2 or 3, we are all in a deep sh**t of this retrogression, you would never know, whether its good or bad being in a certain category in GC process, cos, most of the process su***s according to me. my perception is , if u have job in this country u work, and in this period, if u get ur GC, its good, if not, its not our fault. We are doing our part by supporting organisations like IV. But there is so much anti-immigration scentiments out these days, we get defeated so easily (eg S.1932). Work with IV and leave the rest to time.
