I get the following error message when trying to access the thread "EB2-EB3 Predictions (Rather Calculations).."

thanks bad news but il gues il travel with the dslr and my sony cybershot kinda sucks tho since my old half dslr nikon is able to take videos

yes there most likely will be an RFE asking for her paystubs...looking at the current trends. You might try her stamping H-4 instead. People have a higher rate of success there. For her H-4 stamping, they just might ask for your paystubs....but thats also not a complete guarantee.

My wife is on H4 and with recent events, we applied for EAD. Our EAD was approved a month ago. I recieved mine but my wife did not. When checked with USCIS, they informed I have to wait for 30 days.
It would be great if the group can share thier experiances or has any advise on this issue?

I am new to wpf. i am working on my project in WPF on 3d objects where i managed to add the functionality of zoom and rotate but struggling to add pan tool. can you please help me achieve that. I downloaded the 3dtools.dll from code plex website and added to reference in blend along with trackball codes therefore my zoom and rotate started working. But doesn't have pan functionality yet.

My wife is in the same boat. We filed for H1 amendment in the first week of September and online status tells it's done on 20 November. We still have not received documents in mail from USCIS. This was in Vermont. We were told initially that it might take upto 3 months.

I have not heard of a single approval date of someone applying on June 1st!
According to the processing dates, they are all in RD of 06 sometime.
People HAVE been getting receipt numbers, but thats an entirely different kettle of fish.

You are so fortunate. My priority date is May 2006, but my I-140 was only approved & received by NVC last January. We have similar question. I hope the statement from the FAQ of NVC (check http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1309.html) will help us.

When you complete a petition (I-130, I-140, etc.) for an immigrant visa you send it to Citizenship and Immigration Services in the Department of Homeland Security for approval. There is a delay between when you get the Notice of Receipt and the Notice of Approval from CIS and also between when you get the Notice of Approval and when NVC receives the petition. I do not see any EB3 alone approvals (with no porting). Can people please update here if there are any EB3 485 Approvals so that we can get some pattern out of it.

My wife and I both work for the same company and my PD date is 1 year behind my wifes. But she was born in Germany though she is currently an Indian citizen. Now that the ROW category has moved passed her PD's date (Nov 6th 2002), we plan to file under the ROW category using the Cross Chargability rules. Does anybody have any experience filing under this rule? We have her birth certificate (translated into English from German etc) and our lawyers will send us the list of documents i expect. So basically i am trying to find out what to expect when filing under this category. Are there any caveats, good to knows etc?
PS- I am also an Indian citizen but i will obviously piggy back on her application since my PD is not current.

I didnt mean to burst your bubble...but may be its just that you are getting another finger printing notice. Its expires in 15 months. If you read the other forums July 07 filers have started getting their next set of FP notices. I wouldnt get too carried away.

I was nice and easy few years ago which we used to get stamped here and used to say "Department of State" for the location it was stamped. I got my visa stamped once here in US.

Did you get an answer from your attorney?
Attorney confirmed that correction was made before final filing.
Also said that the Labor Certification was tied to my I-140 which also got approved.

You can get quite far using just Blend, but you probably want to use Visual Studio for the coding and debugging features that Blend doesn't have.

I just talked to my lawyer again, and he told me that I�m overreacting! He kept saying that this is not a big deal at all for having the wrong background on the petition letter submitted to USCIS. He said that the new petition letter, I-129 and documents do not need to be resubmitted to USCIS. My lawyer also said that he can simply solve the problem by sending me the new petition letter. Accordingly, I can then bring this new letter to the consular for the visa interview instead of going through the resubmission. He also said that there is nothing to be worry about PIMS or anything. Could you please advise what to do? Pls help. Thank you very much.

Should the job title for PERM labor filing be in Job Zone 5 to qualify under EB2 category? Or could one apply in Job Zone 4 and still qualify for a EB2? Also, does having an MBA, exempt a person from EB quota under any of the proposed bills like STEM, SKIL, PACE, TALENT or should it have to be an MS in Engineering.
